How do you work with my kind of problem, and would energy therapy help? 8. How much do you charge for a session? 9. Will my medical/health insurance cover your fee? 10. Will my Employee Assistance Program / Employment Insurance / Financial Assistance / other insurance pay for my sessions? 11. How long are the sessions and how often? 12. What are your hours? 13. Are you available after hours / evenings / weekends? 14. Will everything I tell you be completely confidential? 15. Will you communicate with my doctor/spouse/parent without my permission? 16. If I decide to make an appointment, how soon can you see me? |
