You can choose. . .

Life is stressful. Think how often you describe your feeling-state as stressed, tense, frustrated, upset, worried, afraid, anxious, nervous, panicky …and the list goes on! The good news is this:

IF YOU'RE RELAXED, YOU CAN'T FEEL ANXIOUS!
Your body can't produce those two responses, CALM and STRESS. at the same time. You're either relaxed and calm or you're distressed, but not both at once. And you can choose! You can choose to feel stressed or you can choose peace. YOU HAVE A CHOICE!
