E-Moves |
|
| From observing the spontaneous behaviors of clients and myself in the last two years, I've become aware of a remarkable repertoire of energy-based self-treatment behaviors that come naturally to us. They are energy interventions we do naturally to treat specific energy systems of the body. I'll mention a few of these E-MOVES to orient you. You may recognize some, and think of others that you do yourself when you're stressed or in pain. | |
